With any reliable machine in automation, great care must be taken to ensure noise immunity using components that can withstand the temperatures and conditions of tough environments. We have a full staff of electrical engineers and a panel shop to build custom controls for your application.
Advances in automation occur daily with many different fieldbus networks available. We've tested many different drives, networks, and electrical components in a wide variety of industries. Let us help you choose the right equipment for your application.
Our major focus over the last 5 years has been in EtherCAT (Ethernet for Control Automation Technology) communication. Ethercat is an Ethernet-based fieldbus system created by Beckhoff Automation. This protocol is standardized for real-time computing requirements in automation technology. It has quick data update time (known as cycle times; ≤ 100 µs) with low communication jitter(for precise synchronization; ≤ 1 µs) at reduced hardware costs.
The new Sigma-7 products set a new industry standard in servo capability with features that advance Yaskawa’s 25-year reputation for redefining the possibilities in motion automation. Sigma-7 is a complete family of servo motors and SERVOPACK amplifiers that are easily paired with our controller to create a motion automation system with the industry’s highest quality and reliability.
Years of experience has taught us a lot about reliability in automation. Part of our product line includes processing power at the machine so that it cannot be affected from viruses and computer updates. The operating system builds itself on each reboot to offer the highest in dependability. Different versions are available for different automation systems.
With any large system you will need junction points on the machine. Our boxes are easily accessible and adapt to your system.
Power distribution boxes and fuse panels are also avaiable from our electrical department.
